I've been planning what to do with the series as a whole, thinking about how to collect the book. One idea, from a discussion with Karl Altstaetter, is to have the book printed on a slightly off white, or yellow paper, giving the book an antiquated feel. It could be split into chapters and broken by manuscript inserts. Each insert could be from a different character - doctor's reports, diary entries, newspaper articles. Giving the book a slight gray spotting would also be the plan.

Again the idea of colouring the book entirely has also cropped up. The factor here is cost, of course.

If any of you have an opinion on this, feel free to leave feedback in the comments section.

In other news, I have booked my flight to the Amazing Arizona Comic Con - where I and my fellow Samurai GN creators will be unveiling the first issue of that book.

Also, work on the Hero Code is currently being rethought, following the release of Dark Horse Comics one-shot entitled The Occultist. You can read more about it here.

Today is the last day of the Long Beach Comic Con - myself and Jesse Toves are at table 1906, with our fellow Samurai OGN collaborators, Karl Altstaetter and Gerimi Burleigh next door at table 1905. Samurai OGN

Along with Omnitarium and the early stages of The Hero Code, I have been working with a collective of extremely talented artists in putting together an anthology series.

Samurai OGN will be debuting at the Amazing Arizona Comic Con, January 2011.
